Delivery Terms Your orders are usually delivered to cargo by our company within 4-7 business days. The delivery time after your order is delivered to the cargo is under the responsibility of Yurtici Kargo.

Shipping is free of charge.

In ALL your orders that you will return, your return is made by deducting the Cargo Fee to be paid by our company. 

If your cargo is delivered, if you inform us that your order is damaged or broken with a photo or video, we replace your order with a new one.

ALL orders that you will return will be refunded by deducting the Shipping Fee that will be paid by our company. 

If you inform us by photo or video that your order has been damaged or broken within the first 1 hour of receiving your cargo, we will replace your order with a new one.
